Fertility is the characteristic ability to deliver offspring as a measure, fertility rate is the number of offspring born per mating pair, individual or population Fertility varies from fecundity which is characterized as the potential for multiplication .An absence of Fertility is barrenness while an absence of fertility would be called sterility.
